Wanlass Park at 2999 21st Street, San Pablo, California.

This seems to be a small spot for kids to play on the equipment & to spend after school time inside with what appears to be scheduled programs. It is also used for barbeques, there are several placed around the park. However, that also leads to a lot of trash even though there are ample trash receptacles. Ok place to take little kids to play but not much there for grownups.
Updated on 5/2/17: this place is now filthy with litter everywhere. Used diapers in the parking lot, fast food wrappers all over the place & liquor bottles scattered around.
